Group PT Session

Group focused Personal Training sessions offered to families and friend social groups. This is focused on working towards the common goals shared by the group. All ages, levels and backgrounds welcome.

SAQ

Speed, Agility and Quickness session with plyometric and sports related training. All ages, levels and backgrounds welcome to join in and learn.

Group Conditioning

Working on loosening the body for improved performance, followed by running mechanic drills. All ages, levels, and backgrounds welcome to join in and learn.

Recovery Run

Currently a self-paced recovery run of 5km. Routes are being explored from our start location of Larkhall Park. After completing the 5km run we walk back to Larkhall Park. All ages, levels and backgrounds welcome to join in.
