Met Alex a year ago. Committed to helping me achieve my goals. We worked hard and he stayed encouraging and motivating throughout all of our sessions. He made sure to push me in a manner that got me to work harder, but not shouting and getting wound up. He also takes the time to educate on how the body works, as an example getting an exercise and explaining how it works. An example is getting me to squat 100 times, I didn’t believe I could but we did. I didn’t think I could row for 5 mins straight, we ended up rowing for 15 mins.
