I have had problems with my shoulder for the last 4 years, due to a combination of working 10 hours a day in front of a computer and over-working myself in the gym. I have tried everything to relieve the pain and discomfort, including physiotherapy, acupuncture, strengthening exercises and yoga. All have helped to varying degrees, but nothing seemed to fix my shoulder for good.
Since I have started seeing Alex I have seen the biggest improvements in my recovery in the shortest period of time, and I finally feel like I am close to a full recovery. Alex has an uncanny knack for quickly finding the pressure points and effectively relieving the pain, and after every session, it feels like I am closer to the point at which my shoulder is fully healed. I wish I had been introduced to Alex earlier as I am sure I would have recovered much quicker from my injury.
